Previous ‘winning' projects ARE NOT eligible to re-enter in the same category
Previous projects deemed a ‘finalist' ARE eligible to re-enter the same category
Construction must have been started on a project and have at least 75% sold to be eligible
Project must be built within the GDHBA boundaries (alternatively, if the model is built elsewhere, but is available as an option to build within the GDHBA boundaries, it will be accepted). Boundaries include the City of Guelph and Wellington County.
